Buenos Aires, December 9 (NA) – Judge Daniel Rafecas ordered the prevention of departure from the country, the general attachment of assets, and the freezing of the bank accounts of Luciano Pantano, his mother Ana Conte, and the firm Real Central SRL, within the framework of the case concerning the mansion in Pilar.
According to the Argentine News Agency, the decision was made after receiving fiscal information from the General Tax Directorate (DGI), which made it possible to identify that Real Central SRL is the owner of at least 59 vehicles—between cars and motorcycles—, several of which are high-end or considered classic and collector's items.
The court is scheduled to complete the appointment of expert appraisers tomorrow, which will allow for the appraisal of the property to move forward in the coming days.
Meanwhile, officers of the Argentine Federal Police (PFA) continue to be stationed at the three accesses to the reported property, as ordered by Rafecas.
